Drew is the owner and founder of Halo Potato Donuts. Drew was a student at UF, and was not sure what he wanted to do after graduation. He knew he wanted to start a business, but needed an idea. After coming back home from Ohio, he realized that there were not a lot of donut options available in Gainesville, so he decided to start a donut business. What makes his donuts unique is that they have a grated potatoes mixed in, which gives them a consistency between regular cake and potato bread. He runs his business out of a food truck, and has had huge success.
