Ben is a baker and owner of Uppercrust Bakery here in Gainesville. Since 2012, Ben has been working in kitchens in New York, Charleston, and Gainesville gaining valuable experience. He arrived in Gainesville in 2015, and started working for Uppercrust, but by 2018 had become the owner. The four principles that guide Uppercrust:
