Jesse Levin is the founder of Tactivate. Levin graduated from Babson College in 2007 with a BA degree in Entrepreneurship and International Relations. From there, he became a professional Captain and aided in rescuing vessels in distress. Levin has also founded or co-founded 7 different businesses. Additionally, he has had volunteer experience with relief efforts in Haiti.
