Josh Doody is an author and salary negotiation coach. Josh attended UF in 2003 and got a degree in computer and electrical engineering. He worked as an electrical engineer for a few years and realized he wasn’t getting paid what he deserved. One day he asked his superiors for a raise and they gave it to him. He now helps Software Developers get more high-quality job offers and negotiate higher salaries. He claims his clients improve their salary by $15,773 on average.
